Cecily Legler Strong was born on the 8th of February, 1984. She is an American actor and comedian. Childhood and early life
Strong was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. She is the daughter of Penelope and William "Bill" Strong, who worked as an Associated Press bureau chief and until 2013 was running his own public relations firm.
